They thought of everything. Even the check list. Videos on this website are great too.

I am SO pleased with the customer service! They called and said - hey, we can save you money by shipping "regular" instead over overnight. Saved me $20.00. Issued an immediate credit. What a nice change.
Ho, the product was top notch as well!

They went out of their way to help us understand the product and ship what we purchased in better than timely manner.
Absolutely the best internet purchase experience ever! Really.

The airline kit was all I needed and more, it was nice not to have to run around and find all the components for my pets travel needs. Thanks

Awesome kit. Specially the metal kennel bolts included really did the trick. Everything you need for your pet to travel.

The live annimal pet airline kit meets pretty much all of the requirements for getting your pet kennel ready for shipping your small pet by air cargo. That said, the package is somewhat overpriced at $19. It consists of about $5 dollars worth of metal bolts and another $5-6 of plactic bags, ties and stick-on labels. The real value of this kit is eliminating the need for you to scrounge around at several stores to find all of the required pet travel items. Also, the instruction sheet is worth several dollars also as it's more straightforward than the guidance from the airlines. I'd say spend a couple of bucks and get this product and you'll be all set when you drop off your pet at the freight counter.
RESPONSE:
Hi Jim,
In your own description you say you personally value the bolts at $5.00 and $5.00-$6.00 for Bags Ties Labels and a couple $ for the checklist. So that = $12.-$13.00 BUT you forgot about the 2- SPILL PROOF FOOD WATER DISHES if you add those in are we not about $19.00 value the purchase price? I am sorry you feel it was overpriced we try real hard to keep the prices competitive but these like you pointed out are many different pieces. The Airline Kit actually consists of 8-9 suppliers of products (international and domestic) and then they are hand assembled here in the USA. Even the hardware (nuts and bolts) consist of 2 suppliers and are hand counted in the USA. SO they are extremely hand labor intense and labor in the USA as I am sure you know is incredible expensive. Hope this helps you understanding our price and hope it at least made things a bit easier for you and your traveling pet.

We used everything this kit includes. The instructional video on the Dry Fur's website was very helpful. We needed the metal replacement bolts, so the airline would accept our kennel. The only disappointment was that it does not include an absorbent pad. Without the pad, the cost of this kit is too much.

this was my first experience shipping a dog on an airplane. add to my nervousness that he is an old dog and i was coordinating his travel from long distance for my rescue group. an experienced shipper referred me to dryfur, and i happily ordered the kit for the person who would be checking in the dog at the airport. she reports that it was very helpful!!

The kit:
This kit included everything needed to reinforce and label my cat carrier, and to facilitate the comfort of my cat. All products appear to be of high quality and in ample amount (I even had one sticker and a few zip ties left over). The water holders are the perfect size and snap in firmly to the crate, the lip on them is helpful to prevent spillage. I would recommend this to family and friends and would buy it again if we got a second cat.
