Searched Australia for these bolts to no avail.
Great product and service! Very pleased with the quality! Would have liked 10 in a packet. 8 not enough as there are 9 holes in the carriers I have. I will need to order another packet. I guess I should have checked before ordering.... Still very happy though! :)

Fast Shipment; excellent service
Pros-This kennel hardware certainly fulfills the air shipment requirements. The hardware is easy to install. Dry Fur is very responsive to requests for fast shipment of orders. Thank you. Cons-I haven't been able to find any other source for this hardware. The hardware is expensive. The extra large and giant crates I ship animals in require two packages which translates to $18 per crate. I had 3 screw nuts out of 112 pieces that did not fit the screws.

Not Enough Hardware
We purchased a set for a Sky Kennel 200 and the delivered order did not have enough replacement hardware for this kennel. We had to order a 2nd set to have enough. Great service and product I just wish they had a bigger set available so I would not have had to order two.

Great product and fast service
I bought four sets of these for our two dogs' travel crates, because metal hardware is required to fly internationally. I was apprehensive about buying them because one of the crates is huge and I wasn't sure that the bolts would fit, but they sent extra washers and everything worked out great. I was surprised to see that the product shipped the same day that I ordered it and delivery was expedient. I would definitely order from this company again.

RETURN Policy
You may return MOST new, UNOPENED items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus our actual shipping costs. (See Exceptions below)

Our HARNESSES and KENNEL EXTENSION KITS are not eligible for returns. These items are eligible for size exchange ONLY.
*HARNESS EXCEPTION: Harnesses are not returnable for refund if the item is soiled and/or has been opened or worn by your pet. If item has been used or tried on it can only be returned for exchange in size or replacement if the item is damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for refund if you are unable to train your cat to like or accept the Harness.
*KENNEL EXTENSION EXCEPTION: Kennel Extension kits are custom made inhouse and in limited quantity therefore they ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND.
EXHANGE info
HARNESS SIZE EXCHANGE: For a Harness size exchange, you may mail back just the harness (vest) via First Class Mail. It should weigh about 4-5 ounces and will cost about $6.00 postage. For your convenience you may now buy your return label at Paypal by visiting: www.paypal.com/shipnow
You will only need to mail the harness (vest) no tags or leash is required. Include in the package a copy of your order or order no. along with a note indicating the new size needed. Soon as we receive, we mail back the correct size free of charge.
