Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price minus actual shipping costs.


If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

All Orders are processed and shipped same day ordered if ordered before 2:00 PM Pacific time Monday thru Saturday. All orders after 2:00 PM will ship following business day.

Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order and method chosen. We prefer USPS as the service is very fast and dependable. (2-3 days domestic) UPS FedEx ground is also an option but is usually slower and more expensive. We also offer Express Mail and and UPS - FedEx 2nd day air.

Many items in our store ship for free in the US only.  Items marked free shipping will normally be shipped via USPS First Class Air Mail or USPS Priority either service usually takes between 2-4 business days to be delivered.
